StudyMetric is a student-focused website offering calculators, exam tools, guides and study utilities. This policy explains the information practices currently intended for the site and what may change if additional services are introduced.

1. Calculator inputs

StudyMetric's current calculator logic runs in your browser. The site does not require an account, and calculator values are not intentionally submitted to a StudyMetric application backend for storage or calculation.

Because your browser and device are responsible for running the calculator code, information you enter is available to the page while you use the tool. Avoid entering information that you would not want processed by your own device or browser.

2. Information you provide by email

If you contact StudyMetric by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address, message content and any attachments you send. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, investigate reported issues and handle reasonable privacy or correction requests.

Please do not send passwords, payment information or other highly sensitive information through the contact email addresses.

3. Cookies and local storage

The current StudyMetric calculators do not require cookies or an account to perform calculations. StudyMetric may use browser technologies required for features such as the web app or service worker. If optional analytics, advertising or other services introduce additional storage or tracking technologies, this policy will be updated to describe them.

4. Hosting and technical information

StudyMetric is delivered through web hosting infrastructure. As with normal web requests, hosting and network providers may process technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate the site, such as request information, device or browser characteristics and network information. StudyMetric does not use that information to create an account or profile for calculator users.

5. Analytics, advertising and future services

StudyMetric may introduce analytics, advertising or other third-party services in the future. Such services may have their own data practices, cookies or similar technologies. Before or when those services are added, this policy will be updated with relevant details and links where appropriate.

6. Third-party links

StudyMetric may link to external websites or services, including exam authorities or other useful resources. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies and StudyMetric is not responsible for their practices.

7. Children's and student privacy

StudyMetric is designed for students and general educational use. We aim to keep the service simple and avoid unnecessary collection of personal information. If you believe you have sent personal information that should be removed or have a privacy concern, please contact us.

This policy may be updated as StudyMetric grows, especially when new features or third-party services are introduced. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
